The Epilepsy Foundation Central & South Texas (EFCST) was founded in 1993 to improve the quality of life of nearly 160,000 persons with epilepsy residing in 79 Central and South Texas counties. We strive to put an end to the myths and misunderstandings about epilepsy while helping individuals with epilepsy live a full and meaningful life.

Through our seizure clinics, donations directly fund access to specialized neurological care, including critical diagnostic testing like EEGs and MRIs, as well as emergency and ongoing medications. Every dollar makes a difference to help remove barriers, ensuring people with epilepsy receive the diagnosis, treatment, and stability they need.
Camp Brainstorm
Your support provides a safe, medically supervised environment where kids can simply be kids, build confidence, and form lasting friendships with others who understand their journey. Donations help cover the full cost of camp, including medical staff, accommodations, meals, and activities, ensuring families can attend at no cost.
